Our return policy is now extended to after the Christmas holiday. Gifts can be returned for an exchange or a refund back to the buyers account. Merry Christmas!

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority at ShamrockGift.com. If for any reason your product is damaged or not of satisfactory condition within 60 days of purchase we will offer you a replacement credit or refund with a 15% restocking fee.
Unless faulty, earrings cannot be returned. This is due to hygiene reasons.
A 15% restocking fee includes everything on our website. The cost is calculated by the total amount including shipping. For example, a $100 total order is subject to a $15 restocking fee. This fee is in place to help us cover some of the shipping costs incurred durring the transaction.
On occasions where we may have made a mistake with your order, we will organize for the product to be picked up from you and be returned to us so we can replace or refund the product.
If you do not like the product please advise us within 60 days of receiving the product. We will ask you to return it to us at a local address and we can offer a credit note or refund with a 15% restocking fee.
