This traditional hand knit Irish Aran Sweater is recognized around the world not only as a traditional Irish garment but also for its warmth and comfort. This Aran sweater is made from special wool that is spun just for us. This ensures it will be the softest natural fibers you have ever experienced. 

Rosaleen Hegarty and her crew of Hand Knitters make the sweaters in County Donegal. Rosaleen has been hand knitting Irish Aran clothing for over 40 years now and amazingly some of the original knitters are still with her today.

The Blackberry and Diamond pattern as seen in the picture is the most popular but others are available upon request. With this one of a kind Wool and the traditional Irish Aran stitches you are guaranteed a stylish, warm and long lasting Sweater. It is available in three colors; Turf (pictured), and Natural White.
