The traditional hand-knit Irish Aran Sweater is recognized around the world, not only as a traditional Irish garment, but also for its warmth and comfort. This Aran sweater is made from special wool that is spun just for us. This ensures it will be one of the softest natural fibers you’ve ever experienced.
Hand-knitted in Donegal by Rosaleen Hegarty and her group of knitters using specially spun Irish wool, Rosaleen has been hand knitting Irish Aran clothing for over 40 years now, and her products have become well known for their quality and softness.
The Blackberry and Diamond pattern seen in the picture is the most popular, but others are available upon request. With one-of-a kind wool and traditional Irish Aran stitches, your sweater is guaranteed to be stylish, warm and long lasting.
It is available in three colors: Turf (pictured), Natural White and Oatmeal.
