Stay extra cozy around the house during the cold months with our Adult Faux Suede Boot Slipper. The thick poly lining and soft suede-like outer bootie mimic cozy sheepskin while remaining 100% cruelty free!
These handsome slippers were made in Ireland by Aran Woollen Mills, a top producer of Irish knits and gifts since the company’s founding in 1965. Just like the company’s iconic knits, our faux suede boot slippers honor another Irish symbol, the sheep (while making sure no sheep are harmed in their construction!). Undyed sheep’s wool was the perfect material for the original Aran fisherman sweaters, as it was full of lanolin, an oily substance that would make waterproof the sweaters knitted with it. Sheep are as common today on the Irish countryside as the small green shamrocks that are another symbol of the Emerald Isle. Sheep are important not only for their wool, but for their warm skin, and of course, for their meat—for hundreds of years, they have been an integral part of rural life all over Ireland, and it is no surprise that some of the most popular Hibernian souvenirs feature images of sheep.
Available in small, medium, and large, these sturdy slippers make the perfect gift for anyone with frozen toes on winter days and nights. The TPR soles ensure you won’t slip when you head into the kitchn for a cup of tea to enjoy by the fireplace. The boot shape brings the faux sheepskin lining up to the ankles, keeping you extra toasty all winter long.
Size Guide: Small: UK 4-5 | Medium: UK 6-7 | Large: UK 8-9
