The residents of the islands had been making this distinctive material from pure virgin wool for centuries to protect themselves from Northern Scotland's coastal harsh weather conditions. Harris tweed has grown from a small-scale industry to a worldwide style movement, to become one of the most valued yarns in the world of fashion. This ladies’ mini satchel has two main compartments, all carefully secured by a metal twist fastening. The larger main compartment has an additional inner zip pocket to stash stuff like keys, phones, and small treats. An outer zip pocket is also incorporated into the bag, for easy access. For even more convenience, the satchel comes with an adjustable and detachable shoulder strap (of 49.6'' longest & 42.12'' shortest) for versatility - you can carry it smartly by the handle, or use the shoulder strap for those moments when you are on the run.
