Do you really offer free shipping? Any hidden costs?

We proudly offer free U.S. shipping on all standard orders over $99. The only time shipping fees apply is if you select Express Shipping at checkout.

What currency are your prices listed in?

All prices on the website are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?

Within the USA, Shamrock Gift covers taxes and duties—no extra charges beyond checkout. In other regions, local duties/taxes may apply per your country’s rules.

Do you have product reviews?

Yes. Reviews are collected and displayed via YOTPO (independent from ShamrockGift.com). Only verified purchasers can leave reviews, ensuring authenticity.

I want to purchase a gift but I’m afraid it’s not in stock. What should I do?

Our site updates in real time and will note if an item is out of stock. If you’d like us to confirm, please contact us here before ordering.

I’m unsure about a size or fit. How do I find this information?

Please see our size guide for conversions; product measurements are listed where possible. Fit varies by manufacturer and style. We offer a 30-day return policy if sizing isn’t right.

Note for Aran sweaters: wool can stretch and conform with wear. For rings, we recommend getting sized at a local jeweler before purchase.

My promo code isn’t working. What should I check?

Confirm the code is entered correctly, hasn’t expired, and applies to the items in your cart. Only one promo code can be used per transaction.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are usually processed within 12–24 hours. If you need changes, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, changes aren’t possible.

Can I add another item to my order?

We can’t modify orders once submitted, but since U.S. shipping is free over $99, you can simply place a new order for additional items.

What should I do if my order won’t go through?

Double-check your credit card details, billing, and shipping addresses. If the problem continues, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it quickly.

How long after I place my order will it ship?

Most orders ship within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on item availability.

Can I exchange or return items?

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 90 days. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping is not covered. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt.

Non-returnable items include personalized products, perfume, soaps, cologne, lotions, food, beverage items, and earrings (unless defective).

Where are you based?

Our head office and main warehouse is in New York, with additional warehouses in Canada and Ireland. We don’t have a retail store currently.

What does “imported” mean?

We source directly from Ireland—from artisan makers to brands like Belleek, Royal Tara, and Aran Crafts—and import to our U.S. warehouse for faster delivery. We pay customs on U.S. orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Transactions will appear as “ShamrockGift.”

Is it safe to shop on your site?

Yes. ShamrockGift.com uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to protect your information. You can safely enter credit card and personal details via our secure server.

Do you protect my privacy?

Yes. We never share your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I unsubscribe from email newsletters?

Each newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Please allow up to one week for changes. If you’re still receiving emails, contact us and we’ll investigate.

Do you offer gift cards or catalogs?

We don’t currently offer gift cards. We’re designing a new catalog—please contact us if you’d like to be added to our mailing list.

What are your Christmas hours?

We are open until Christmas Eve and reopen on December 26th.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Additional shipping charges may apply. Customs are only covered for items shipping within the USA.
